The G6003 project is a large Lady Justice bust mold built as a flexible silicone inner mold with a rigid support shell. The finished casting shown here is approximately 30 × 20.3 × 19.7 cm. This workshop record follows the real supplied video rather than presenting a universal formula. Why the support shell matters A large flexible mold needs stable external support during pouring and casting. The rigid yellow shell keeps the silicone inner mold aligned and helps the assembly hold its intended shape. Binder clips secure the shell sections while still allowing the mold to be opened for demolding. 1. Seal the bottom edge The bottom edge is sealed with double-sided tape before pouring.   A 3D print does not always have to be the final product. In this G6002 workshop project, we used a 3D-printed Athena sculpture as the master for a 30CM silicone mold, then validated the finished mold with a real plaster casting test. The project moved through a clear workshop sequence: 3D-Printed Master → Mold Housing → Silicone Pouring → Demolding → Plaster Casting → Final Result .
