how to make GRC silicone mold,Gypsum mould, plaster mold

1.Choose a good original model.
2.Put the model on the bottom of the glass.
3.Use the clay to fill the gap between the model and bottom.
4.Clean the dust on the surface of the model by air gun.
5.Brush the release agent(delegent and water=1:5)on the surface and  drying by air gun.
6.Coat with silicone rubber on the surface.
7.Put a glass fiber and than coat with silicone rubber.
(the 7 step repeated 3 to 5 times according to the size of the model).
8.Trim the silicone mold after it completely cured.
NOTE:
Coat with a resin if the model is heavy to protect the it become deform.
